2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup butter
5 cups confectioners sugar
1 package of baker’s chocolate cubes

Combine peanut butter, butter and confectioners sugar in large mixing bowl; mix well. Form dough into 1-inch balls. Melt chocolate in top of double boilers or microwave. Insert a toothpick into peanut butter ball. Dip ball in chocolate leaving small circle at the top un-coated. Place on waxed paper; remove toothpick; let chocolate harden. With a wet fingertip or spoon, smooth over toothpick hole in peanut butter ball. Store in covered container with waxed paper between layers.

Makes about 4 dozen.
